Carnac Events Calendar: May to September

Dear guests at Camping Les Druides, Carnac offers a wide range of activities and events for young and old alike throughout the summer season. Here is an overview of the must-see attractions to enhance your family vacation!


May: Festive Spring

• Arvorizion Festival: Head to the Ménec hall for a festive day combining culture and leisure activities. A great opportunity to discover the local scene in a friendly atmosphere.

• Discover shellfish gathering: Depending on the tides, try your hand at this typical Breton activity and learn all about shellfish and seaweed. Reservations required at the Tourist Office.

June: Nature and Wellness

• Walks and hikes: Explore Carnac's unique landscapes with the "Carnac Rando'jeu" treasure hunt, ideal for families (available at the Tourist Office).

• Water sports: Take advantage of the first warm days to try paddleboarding or kayaking in Quiberon Bay—an unforgettable experience.

July and August: A Busy Summer

Weekly Activities

• Monday: Zumba on the beach (morning): Get moving to the beat facing the sea for a great start to the week.

• Tuesday: Place aux Mômes Festival (July 9 to August 20, 6 p.m.): Free shows for children at the Jardin de Césarine. Magic, clowns, and dancing will delight the whole family.

• Thursday: Carnac-Lanta (July 11 to August 22, 10 a.m.): Challenge your family to fun sports competitions on the beach. Activities for children ages 8 to 13 (€5 per participant).

Major Events

• Circulars (September 20–22):

• Circui’Terre: Guided bike ride to Carnac.

• Circui’Mer: Water sports including paddleboarding, sailing, and traditional sailing ships in Quiberon Bay.

September: Autumn Warmth

• SNSM Morbihan Paddle Trophy (September 22) : A friendly competition in beautiful surroundings, ideal for paddle enthusiasts, beginners and experienced paddlers alike.

• Guided tours of the Carnac Alignments: Discover this historical heritage site, unique in Europe, with passionate guides.

• Carnac Triathlon: Come cheer on the participants or take part in events suitable for children and adults. A must-see sporting event for the whole family.

Practical Advice for Our Vacationers

• Remember to reserve your places for popular activities directly at the Tourist Office or online.

• Take advantage of the free shuttle buses between the campsite and the city center to avoid parking problems.
