Cleaning instructions at the end of your stay and tips for keeping your mobile home clean

We remind you that rentals must be returned clean upon departure.

Inspections are conducted by appointment. Appointments are between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Deposits are returned after the inventory has been checked if the instructions have been followed.

End-of-stay cleaning fee charged for: 1 week: $50 - 2 weeks: $100 - 3 weeks: $150

ROOMS

Ø Fold the duvets/blankets and put them back in their respective bedrooms, along with the pillows.

Remove and fold the sheets and pillowcases, and gather them on the dining table.

Ø Check in closets and under beds to make sure you haven't forgotten anything, and remember to dust.

Ø Please turn off the heaters and close the windows.

 

KITCHEN

Ø Dishes must be clean and dry.

Ø Remember to check inside the cupboards to make sure you haven't forgotten anything, and take the opportunity to remove any crumbs and dirt.

Ø Clean the countertop, sink, stove, microwave, and coffee machine.

Ø Clean the refrigerator, shelves, crisper drawer, and door. Remember to turn it off before leaving, please.

Ø Empty and clean the trash can

 

EXHIBITION

Clean the seats of the chairs and the table.

Shake out the benches to remove sand and crumbs.

Ø Please turn off the heater and close the windows.

Ø Wash the toilet bowl and seat (top/bottom)

Ø Ventilate if necessary

BATHROOM

Ø Wash the shower stall, wipe down the walls with a squeegee, empty the drain, remove any hair from the drain, and remember to clean any soap scum from the walls.

Ø Clean the sink and mirror

Ø Fold the shower curtain and leave it on the edge of the sink. Please do not use it as a cleaning cloth.

Ø Check the cabinet to make sure you haven't forgotten anything, wipe it down with a sponge, and empty the trash, please.

Ø Please turn off the heater and close the windows.

Ø Put away the clothesline

 

BBQ (weather permitting)

Ø Clean the grill and store it under the sink.

Ø Empty the grill, remove the charcoal, and clean it.

WASH THE FLOOR throughout the mobile home

A broom and mop are available in the closet. The mops are washable: unclip, wet, wash, rinse! We will take care of changing it for the next guests.
