You can't book because the reservation time is too late;

The timing is too "last minute", which is why you can't book.

Reservations are open for a minimum number of nights. It is not possible to make reservations for short stays (less than 5 nights).

Depending on the weather, we always have a few pitches available, so please come directly to the campsite to see what's available and for how long. We don't take reservations by phone, so you'll have to come in on the day in any case.

We know it's not easy, but it's the only way. No-shows oblige us to apply this policy. We don't take credit card details over the phone either, for obvious security reasons.

Booking not registered?

You are at the end of the form and nothing happens?

This is due to the security of your credit card. You need to receive a security code on your cell phone (3D SECURE authentication), and if you don't have it, authentication won't work. And neither will the reservation.

Contact your bank to find out what's causing the problem.

Bed linen rental is available per bed. Please reserve when you book online. Availability is guaranteed.

If you wish to add more at a later date, they must always be reserved before your stay. We cannot guarantee availability.

In the interest of resource management, we would like to inform you that bed linen is provided for your entire stay. No change of linen is provided.

As part of our eco-friendly approach, we do not provide towels.

As part of our commitment to the environment, we do not provide towels in mobile homes or at the swimming pool.

Your pitch is available from 2pm until 7pm (closing time of reception). We do not accept late arrivals.

For departure (without reservation), payment must be made the day before. For pitches with reservation, your stay will already be paid.

You can occupy your pitch until noon at the latest. After this time, your shower wristbands will be deactivated. You must return your wristbands and vehicle badge before reception closes (at 12 noon).

Your rental is available from 3:30 pm to 7 pm (closing time). We do not accept late arrivals. When you arrive, we'll ask you to reserve a slot for your departure time, subject to availability.

Departure must be before 10H. Rvd taken, the person will be at the mobihome to make your inventory of fixtures, check-out of household, dishes.

Once you have checked out, you must leave the campsite. It is not possible to stay on the campsite. Wristbands are cut

When you booked, you had to tell us the size of your equipment. This information is essential for us.

We'll make sure you're in the right place for your equipment to be easily installed.

Comfort pitches can accommodate caravans and large motorhomes without access problems. As for the "classic" pitches with electricity, these are preferable for tents, as access is more difficult for caravans and motorhomes, depending on the season. No problem for tents, however.

Our campsite has a PRM shower with a seat for transfer.

This unit also includes a toilet with support bar.

To ensure that your stay is as successful as possible, we encourage you to let us know if there are any steps we can take to reserve the best place for you:

• not too far from sanitary facilities

• close to PRM shower facilities

As all disabilities are different, not all of you are looking for the same criteria, so please let us know.

The carnac resort has a beach equipped with the grande plageHANDIPLAGE.

You'll benefit from a launching structure and the entire path to get there is adapted.

As you can see from the map, there are plenty of beaches in CARNAC. There are 5 in all, all with fine sand.

Better than that!!! 500m from the campsite, you have a super market!

And yes, you have everything you need: from a breakdown service to a full tank of race fuel at the finish line!

The Druid Supermarket offers a wide range of products and superb shelving.

Vehicle access to the campsite is between 7.30 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Outside these times, you cannot enter or leave your vehicle.

Of course, in the event of a medical emergency, we're on hand for the fire department or for emergency exits to the hospital via the emergency intercom.

You're in a superb, culturally-rich region with a wealth of megalithic heritage, of course, but also chapels and hidden villages.
