Located in the heart of Camping Les Druides, the Le Carpe Diem bar offers guests a special setting to unwind after an eventful day. Open daily from 6 p.m. (April through September), it embodies the spirit of vacation: simple, warm, and friendly.

The bar is reserved for guests staying at the campground (campsites, RVs), ensuring a friendly and safe atmosphere for genuine interactions among camping neighbors.

The “Carpe Diem” Philosophy

As the name suggests, the bar's philosophy is to enjoy the day without worrying about tomorrow. There's no set closing time here—it naturally depends on the mood of the evening and the guests' wishes.

  • Soccer Nights: The bar stays open later (10 p.m., 11 p.m.) for conversation, laughter, and fun times.

  • It may also close earlier (around 9 p.m.) so that everyone can get some rest.

This flexibility allows you to completely unwind from your daily routine and enjoy life’s simple pleasures: a drink on the patio, a spontaneous conversation, or simply spending time together.

Menu and Specialties

The bar offers a varied menu with something for everyone:

  • Homemade Cocktails: Mojito, Piña Colada, Spritz—carefully prepared to order.

  • Breton Flavors: regional beers (on tap or in bottles) and artisanal cider from Morbihan.

  • Wines and Aperitifs: A selection of white, red, and rosĂ© wines for your evenings.

  • Non-alcoholic: fruit juices, soft drinks, and syrups for children, as well as hot beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) for cooler evenings.

Atmosphere and Ambience

The terrace is the true heart of Carpe Diem. With comfortable furniture, soft lighting, and string lights, it offers a relaxing atmosphere starting at dusk.

The music (jazz, lounge, French pop) is kept at a low volume so you can have a good conversation. The ideal place to:

  • to meet up after a trip to Beaumer Beach (500 meters away) or a visit to the Carnac stone rows.

  • Share experiences and exchange tips (restaurants, walks, hidden beaches) with other guests.
